Chadko Wire Shelving Enclosure Systems was started in 2002 by the president of the company, Carrie Frifeldt, who designed developed and patented the product. This was done out of a need to organize and enhance a limited living space.

When the company first began Chadko carried 6 sizes of liners and 11 sizes of enclosure kits, all available in 6 colors. Today, Chadko makes over 80 sizes of liners and over 40 sizes of enclosure kits as well as enclosure sides and backs. Enclosures are available in 10 colors of PVC. While our liners are available in PVC, 5 shades of polypropylene and clear acrylic.
